On Thursday night, the Golden State Warriors<\/a> will host the Los Angeles Lakers<\/a> at the Chase Center in San Francisco.<\/p>\n

The Warriors are coming off a 110-105 win over the Sacramento Kings<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kristaps Porzingis<\/a> did not play in the game.<\/p>\n

De\u2019Anthony Melton<\/a> led the way with 21 points.<\/p>\n

For Thursday\u2019s game, the Warriors have announced that they will remain without Porzingis.<\/p>\n

He has been ruled out on the injury report.<\/p>\n

Porzingis has been a big contributor for the Warriors since getting traded (via the Atlanta Hawks<\/a>) earlier this season.<\/p>\n

He is averaging 16.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.1 blocks per contest while shooting 44.3% from the field and 32.8% from three-point range in 13 games for Golden State.<\/p>\n

Warriors Right Now\"\"<\/p>\n

With their win over the Kings, the Warriors improved to 37-42 in 79 games, which has them as the 10th seed in the Western Conference.<\/p>\n

They have won four out of their last ten games (and are 22-18 at home).<\/p>\n

Following the Lakers, the Warriors will play their next game on Friday when they visit the Kings.<\/p>\n

ESPN\u2019s Anthony Slater wrote:<\/a> \u201cThe Warriors are now locked into the 10th seed. They\u2019ll need to win two road games next week to get into the playoffs and a 1 v 8 matchup with the Thunder<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Warriors last won a title in 2022.<\/p>\n
