The Denver Nuggets<\/a> achieved something that they have not done before during the Nikola Jokic<\/a> era on Wednesday night. The Nuggets earned an easy win over the injury-depleted Memphis Grizzlies<\/a> team.<\/p>\n Jokic dropped his 34th triple-double of the season, putting up 14 points, 16 rebounds and 10 assists in Denver\u2019s 136-119<\/a> victory. He now has 198 for his career, two shy of joining former teammate Russell Westbrook<\/a> in the 200 triple-doubles club.<\/p>\n The three-time MVP has a chance to achieve it in the final two games of the regular season against the Oklahoma City Thunder<\/a> and San Antonio Spurs<\/a>.<\/p>\n Nuggets Make History<\/p>\n Denver\u2019s win on Wednesday extended its streak to 10, which is the current longest in the NBA<\/a>.<\/p>\n According to FanDuel<\/a>, it was the Nuggets\u2019 first 10-game win streak in the Jokic era. They last achieved it during the 2012-13 NBA season, when they won 15 in a row.<\/p>\n The Nuggets have their first 10-game win streak in the Nikola Jokic era \ud83e\udd2f The Nuggets drafted Jokic in the second round a year later, which changed the trajectory of the franchise. We just wanted to play it good. I think if you guys remember that\u2019s what I was telling you. We need to play good and feel good about ourselves just because the league is so talented. Everybody, anybody can beat everybody, so just playing good and have the right rhythm.\u201d<\/p>\n If the Nuggets finish the season at No. 3, they will face the Minnesota Timberwolves<\/a> in the first round of the playoffs.<\/p>\n What\u2019s Next For Denver?<\/p>\n The Nuggets have two more games before the end of the regular season. They welcome the defending champions at Ball Arena on Friday, in what could be a game with a playoff-like atmosphere.<\/p>\n However, the Thunder could also rest some of their players since they\u2019ve already locked homecourt advantage for the entire playoffs.<\/p>\n Denver\u2019s regular-season finale will be against the Spurs in San Antonio.
