One of the biggest fan favorites in Utah from 2019 to 2025 was Jordan Clarkson.

From getting hot for 38 points or having the franchise’s first triple-double in years, Clarkson made a name for himself in Utah, and it was sad to see him go.

But the rebuild made it necessary to move on from him, to allow players like Keyonte George, Ace Bailey, and Isaiah Coller the opportunity to grow and thrive, which they have done this season.

And by joining the New York Knicks, Clarkson secured a solid landing spot with a team that made the Eastern Conference Finals a season ago and is currently in third place in the East standings, with a good chance of another deep playoff run this spring.

With that, let’s look at some of Jordan Clarkson’s best playoff moments with the Jazz:

#4 – 2020 NBA Playoffs – First Round, Game Two vs. Denver

The 2020 playoff bubble was a weird time, but even without the crowd, the Jazz didn’t back down from an early challenge, thanks to Jordan Clarkson.

Clarkson made sure the Jazz would not go down 2-0 to Denver. He had 26 points in 28 minutes and was a +22 on the night as the Jazz blew Denver out, 124-105, to even the series at one game apiece.

#3 – 2022 NBA Playoffs – First Round, Game Four vs. Dallas

In what would be the final playoff series for the Jazz before the rebuild, Clarkson came out in Game Four and made sure the Jazz would not go down 3-1 heading back to Dallas.

He had 25 points on 56/60/80 shooting splits, was a plus-18, dropping floaters and threes to get the Jazz back in the series.

#2 – 2021 NBA Playoffs – First Round, Games Four and Five vs. Memphis

During his Sixth Man of the Year-winning season, JC was at his best, changing games and helping the Jazz own the West with a 52-20 record.

In Game Four of the first round against Memphis, Clarkson made sure the Jazz would keep the series lead. He stepped up with 24 points as the Jazz downed the Grizzlies, 120-113, on the road, with future Jazzmen Jaren Jackson Jr. and John Konchar looking on.

And in the deciding Game F5, Clarkson dropped another 24 to make sure the Jazz would advance and not give up the opportunity as they had a year earlier to Denver.

#1 – 2020 NBA Playoffs – First Round, Game Four vs. Denver

It’s easy to forget that the Jazz had such a commanding lead in this series. With JC having another outstanding game off the bench (9-13 from the field, 4-7 from 3, 24 points), the Jazz put Denver in a 3-1 hole, 129 to 127, putting them in position to advance to the second round.

While Clarkson hasn’t had as big a role in New York this season as he did in Utah, mostly owing to the Knicks’ strong depth, the playoffs bring out JC’s energy, and he will definitely rise to the occasion, having not tasted the postseason since 2022.

The New York Knicks, if they get even one game from Clarkson like this in the 2026 playoffs, will be reminded why Jazz fans were sad to see him go.

Let’s hope there’s another flamethrower game or two ahead for one of the best Jazzmen of the last decade.

While the Utah Jazz season is nearly complete, it will go on for former Jazzmen on other teams…

[3768
7,304,6,1136,191,3810,3806
0":"post-707043","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-new-york-knicks","8":"tag-basketball","9":"tag-knicks","10":"tag-nba","11":"tag-new-york","12":"tag-new-york-knicks","13":"tag-newyork","14":"tag-newyorkknicks
["GET
