Milwaukee Bucks<\/a> forward Bobby Portis<\/a> recently sold his Milwaukee condominium for nearly $1.5 million, according to state records.<\/p>\n

The 6,000-square-foot condo has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, according to real estate listings, and is located in a 19-year-old building in Milwaukee’s Yankee Hill neighborhood and adjacent to the Lower East Side neighborhood.<\/p>\n

The condo was sold to Ximena Alarcon-Schweitz, president of Oconomowoc-based Premold Corp.<\/p>\n

Portis, 31, joined the Bucks as a free agent in 2020 and was a key member of the 2020-21 World Championship team.<\/p>\n

Last year, Portis re-signed with the Bucks on a three-year, $44 million contract.\u00a0He has a salary of $13.4 million this season and is set to make $14.5 million for the 2026-27 season, according to Spotrac. His contract includes a player option of $15.6 million for the 2027-28 season, should he exercise it. He will be an unrestricted free agent after the 2027-28 season.<\/p>\n

The Bucks have struggled this season, will miss the playoffs and will finish the season with their first losing record since the 2015-16 season. For months Bucks star player\u00a0Giannis Antetokounmpo has been the subject of trade rumors by national media covering the NBA.<\/p>\n

Portis has been an active member of the Milwaukee community during his time with the Bucks. Last year, he joined the board of Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin<\/a>.
