In Wednesday\u2019s victory over the Trail Blazers, De\u2019Aaron Fox led the way for the Spurs as he recorded 25 points, five rebounds and seven assists while Keldon Johnson<\/a> added 20 points and eight rebounds of his own off the bench. <\/p>\n

Now San Antonio will try to grab another victory at home on Friday as they face off against a struggling Mavericks team.<\/p>\n

On the other side, Dallas enters Friday\u2019s contest with a 25-55 record after losing on the road to the Phoenix Suns<\/a> on Wednesday night.<\/p>\n

Marvin Bagley III<\/a> led the way for the Mavericks in Wednesday\u2019s loss as he ended the game with 20 points and eight rebounds while John Poulakidas scored 23 points off the bench. <\/p>\n

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Friday night\u2019s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.<\/p>\n

Mavericks Injury Report: Will Cooper Flagg<\/a>, Daniel Gafford Play? <\/p>\n

For the Mavericks, they have eight players listed on their injury report, including both Cooper Flagg<\/a> and Daniel Gafford<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Dallas has listed Flagg as probable and he is expected to play despite dealing with a left wrist sprain.<\/p>\n

The Mavericks have listed Gafford as doubtful due to rest and he is expected to miss his third consecutive contest.<\/p>\n

Naji Marshall<\/a> (left hip contusion), P.J. Washington (left elbow sprain), Brandon Williams (illness) and Caleb Martin (right plantar fascia sprain) have also been listed as doubtful and they are all expected to miss Friday’s game. <\/p>\n

Kyrie Irving<\/a> and Dereck Lively II<\/a> have been ruled out as they will both miss the remainder of the season. <\/p>\n

Spurs Injury Report: Will Victor Wembanyama<\/a>, Stephon Castle Play? <\/p>\n

On the other side, the Spurs have two players listed on their injury report as they have listed both Victor Wembanyama<\/a> and Stephon Castle<\/a> as questionable. <\/p>\n

San Antonio has listed Wembanyama as questionable due to a left rib contusion and he is in danger of missing his second consecutive contest.<\/p>\n

If Wembanyama is sidelined once again, Luke Kornet<\/a> will likely draw another start in his place while Mason Plumlee and Kelly Olynyk<\/a> could have larger roles off the bench.<\/p>\n
