Well, we\u2019re a few more days into the transfer portal being open and there\u2019s a few more players in it than there were previously. We already listed five transfer portal guards Indiana men\u2019s basketball could target<\/a> at the beginning of the week, so why not take a look at five more?<\/p>\n

We wanted to avoid just naming the top players available here and instead look at players connected to Indiana or ones that make sense in one way or another. Head coach Darian DeVries\u2019 Hoosiers are going to undergo yet another full-on portal rebuild, so they won\u2019t exactly be hurting for available minutes.<\/p>\n

Potential Indiana transfer portal targets<\/p>\n

Bizjack is here because he played just up the road in Indianapolis and has plenty of experience at the high-major level as a result. He\u2019s spent all three seasons of his college career under Thad Matta at Butler, taking on a more prominent role each season.<\/p>\n

His usage rate took a leap this year in part due to injuries to Butler\u2019s backcourt. He averaged 17.1 points, 2.2 rebounds and 2.5 assists while shooting 42.6% from the field and 34.9% from 3-point range on 6.3 attempts per game.<\/p>\n

Colby Garland, San Jose State<\/p>\n

Garland has previous experience under DeVries, having spent his freshman season at Drake in 2023-24. He\u2019s been to two programs since, spending 2024-25 at Longwood and 2025-26 at San Jose State. He averaged 20.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 4.6 assists while shooting 49% from the field and 37.2% from 3-point range on 3.2 attempts per game.<\/p>\n

DeVries has had opportunities to add Garland to his rosters at both Indiana and West Virginia in the past and it hasn\u2019t happened. Could that change this time?<\/p>\n

Adam \u201cBudd\u201d Clark spent the first two seasons of his career at Merrimack before transferring to Seton Hall last offseason. He averaged 12.7 points, 3 rebounds and 4.9 assists while shooting 43.7% from the field and 22% from 3-point range on low volume in 30.6 minutes per game.<\/p>\n

Clark has experience at the high-major level from this past season, which he could bring to an Indiana program likely prioritizing it after last season\u2019s rebuild went awry.<\/p>\n

Bishop Boswell, Tennessee<\/p>\n

Boswell was on Tennessee\u2019s roster in 2024-25, overlapping with Indiana assistant Rod Clark\u2019s final season with the Volunteers. He came off the bench this season, averaging 6.2 points, 4.4 rebounds and 3.1 assists while shooting 42.7% from the field and 38.5% from 3-point range in 26.4 minutes per game.<\/p>\n

Could that prior connection to Clark mean something as he looks for a new program?<\/p>\n

Diallo has spent the first two seasons of his career with Washington, coinciding with the Huskies\u2019 first two seasons in the Big Ten. He was a holdover from previous head coach Mike Hopkins\u2019 recruiting class and stuck around when Danny Sprinkle was hired.<\/p>\n

He averaged 15.7 points, 3.9 rebounds and 4.5 assists while shooting 48.9% from the field and 31.5% from 3-point range on low volume in 29.6 minutes per game. He had one of the higher usage rates in the Big Ten as well.<\/p>\n

Could DeVries be interested in a guard with starting experience in the Big Ten?
