On Friday evening, the Golden State Warriors<\/a> are playing the Sacramento Kings<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Steph Curry had eight points, three rebounds, three assists and two steals while shooting 3\/8 from the field and 2\/6 from three-point range in his first 21 minutes of playing time.<\/p>\n

Curry is in the middle of his 17th NBA season (all with Golden State).<\/p>\n

The two-time MVP came into the night with averages of 27.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 46.8% from the field and 39.2% from three-point range in 41 games.<\/p>\n

ESPN\u2019s Anthony Slater wrote before the game:<\/a> \u201cSteph Curry will return to the starting lineup for the Warriors tonight in Sacramento. Sounds like minutes will get bumped into high 20s range. Kristaps Porzingis<\/a> also cleared to play.\u201d<\/p>\n

Curry\u2019s NBA Career<\/p>\n

Curry was the seventh pick in the 2009 NBA Draft out of Davidson.<\/p>\n

He broke out into a superstar during his fifth season.<\/p>\n

From 2015-22, Curry led the Warriors to the NBA Finals six times (and they won four titles).<\/p>\n

Curry has made 12 All-Star Games, and established himself as one of the best 15 players of all time.<\/p>\n

His career averages are 24.8 points, 4.7 rebounds, 6.3 assists and 1.5 steals per contest while shooting 47.1% from the field and 42.2% from three-point range in 1,067 games.<\/p>\n

The Warriors came into the night as the 10th seed in the Western Conference with a 37-43 record in 80 games.<\/p>\n

Following the Kings, they will play the final game of their 2026 regular season on Sunday when they visit the LA Clippers<\/a>.<\/p>\n
