The Memphis Grizzlies<\/a> finished the season at 25-57 after a 132-101 loss to the Houston Rockets<\/a> on Sunday at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. <\/p>\n

On Monday, the Grizzlies held exit interviews, but one notable name was missing: Point guard Ja Morant<\/a>. Kennvaious Caldwell-Pope and Brandon Clarke<\/a> were also absent. <\/p>\n

Grizzlies GM Zach Kleiman was asked about Morant\u2019s future, but he didn\u2019t give a straight answer on what will happen this offseason. <\/p>\n

Morant\u2019s name popped up in trade rumors this season<\/a>, although the Grizzlies guard talked about loyalty and said he would want to stay in Memphis<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Morant played just 20 games this season, although the last game he played was on January 21. The Grizzlies made the decision to sideline Morant for the rest of the year<\/a> as he worked his way back from a UCL injury. <\/p>\n

In January, it was reported that the Grizzlies were open to trading Ja Morant<\/a><\/a>, and that continues to be the expectation going into the offseason. <\/p>\n

So, all signs point to Morant\u2019s time with Memphis coming to an end. <\/p>\n
