One couple\u2019s argument at an Indiana Pacers game has taken over the basketball world. People just can\u2019t get enough<\/a> of this random NBA moment, and it keeps getting funnier.<\/p>\n In-arena cameras caught our new obsessions Grace and Michael having a spirited debate. The entire Internet needed to know<\/a> what the deal was immediately. Grace emphatically asking her boyfriend, \u201cWhat the f*** are you talking about?\u201d resonated with a lot of ladies watching at home. Michael was talking about the value of a liberal arts education and it got very animated.<\/p>\n Once Grace discovered that she had become the main character<\/a> on social media, she quickly set about clarifying the exchange. Apparently, that\u2019s just how they get down over there. She posted<\/a>, \u201cIM CRYINGGGGG I LOVE MY BOYFRIEND THIS IS JUST HOW WE TALK!!!!!!\u201d<\/p>\n Of course, it never just ends there when we\u2019re talking about Internet memes<\/a> tho. People had to find out more about these passionate Pacers fans, and they would in short order. It\u2019s funny how one viral moment on the in-arena camera vaulted these two into the spotlight. Interviews and spots on Inside the NBA are things normal NBA fans dream about. And, all of it is down to a passionate discussion about the liberal arts. Hysterical<\/p>\n Viral Pacers fan couple explain themselves Grace and Michael sat down with Sports Illustrated<\/a> to walk them through the conversation that led to the viral clip. This young man clearly had a lot on his mind. Michael revealed, \u201cWe were talking about the academic rigor of a liberal arts education, and essentially how it can be updated for the current economic status and job market.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cEven saying that out loud, I can hear you yawning through the phone,\u201d Grace joked with SI. \u201d \u2026 The thing is, Michael and I have been together for four years\u2014wonderful, happy years.<\/a> But that\u2019s just what we do. We both just talk. He\u2019s frighteningly smart. So what everyone witnessed was me listening to his well-articulated thoughts and responding with what you saw, which was \u2018What the f\u2014 are you talking about?\u2019\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n She\u2019s speaking for a lot of us. A noteworthy topic, but maybe not on the final night of the regular season in the NBA. But, if you thought things couldn\u2019t possibly get more surreal for this couple, think again!<\/p>\n Inside the NBA gets in on the basketball craze <\/p>\n Shaquille O\u2019Neal actually offered to buy the couple an engagement ring<\/a> if Michael proposed on the show. It led to one of the smoothest side-steps I\u2019ve ever witnessed on live television. But, Grace sounds like she\u2019s ready to be done with all this media attention. It\u2019s getting to be a bit much for her on social media<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cShaq was like a creepy, horny uncle trying to embarrass his nephew, and I went along with it until the bit got embarrassing and I was like, \u2018Alright chill.\u2019\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m glad my bf got to meet the people whose videos he shows me constantly, but God, I am ready to be done with sports people. I have found you generally exhausting and, forgive me for saying so, I mean this respectfully, not smart in the ways that matter to me.
