The 2025-26 NBA regular season officially ended on Sunday, and with that, Jaylen Brown’s incredible campaign is officially in the books.<\/p>\n
Brown took his game to new heights this year, averaging personal bests with 28.7 points, 6.9 rebounds and 5.1 assists per game and emerging as a legitimate MVP candidate<\/a> for the first time in his career. He also stepped up in Jayson Tatum’s absence for much of the season, leading the Boston Celtics<\/a> to 56 wins and the second-best record<\/a> in the Eastern Conference.<\/p>\n Unfortunately for Brown, he probably won’t win MVP<\/a> this year, and he knows it. He claimed to be the best two-way player<\/a> in basketball, doing it all on both ends of the floor.<\/p>\n This season was a test and a learning experience for Brown, who passed with flying colors. He evolved as a player, improving individually while also making his teammates better.
