The Boston Celtics<\/a> have been a well-oiled machine for the last decade. This is Jaylen Brown’s\u00a010th season with the Celtics, and he’s made the playoffs every year<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While Brown’s development into a superstar has played a large role in Boston’s success, he’s also had plenty of help<\/a> from teammate and fellow superstar Jayson Tatum, who debuted the year after him.\u00a0<\/p>\n

They’ve had a remarkable run together<\/a>, leading the Celtics to nine straight postseason appearances, five Eastern Conference Finals, two NBA Finals and a championship.<\/p>\n

There haven’t been many duos in the league who’ve enjoyed that level of sustained success, which Brown discussed with reporters<\/a> on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

“I think it\u2019s been a historic sort of run. We were able to deliver a championship in 2024,” Brown said via WEEI’s Justin Turpin. “Unfortunately, we had opportunities in the past that got away from us, but we\u2019ve been right there for a long amount of time. Gained a lot of experience, I personally have gained a lot of experience.”<\/p>\n

To Brown’s point, he already has a whopping\u00a0135 postseason games under his belt and counting.<\/p>\n

“It\u2019s been a pleasure. Everything isn\u2019t always perfect, but it\u2019s not supposed to be. That\u2019s part of the journey. I\u2019m grateful to be where I am and I\u2019m grateful to be here. I\u2019m excited to go have another opportunity,” Brown continued.<\/p>\n

Coming off the best season of his career that will likely earn him MVP votes<\/a> for the first time, Brown believes he’s still getting better.<\/p>\n

“I feel like I\u2019m still getting better. For some, that may be hard to believe. But I\u2019m still improving, I\u2019m still getting better. I\u2019m still learning, I\u2019m still growing,” Brown added. “I feel like I\u2019m entering my prime and I\u2019m excited to maximize my potential and take advantage of every opportunity I have to win.”<\/p>\n

Boston’s favored to win the East this spring, so this is a great opportunity for Brown to try to win his second ring in three years.<\/p>\n
