He led the Pelicans summer league team in 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Hill was the team\u2019s summer league head coach in 2023.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The decisions come amid a search for the team\u2019s next head coach.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Pelicans Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations Joe Dumars spoke earlier this week about the search, saying interim James Borrego is a candidate. Dumars would not reveal any other potential options.
