If the opportunity presents itself, I\u2019ll play until the end, but I\u2019ll take it year by year. According to the 18-year veteran, being wanted would be his top priority in choosing his next squad.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This is even more important to him than playing in a contender and chasing his first-ever NBA championship.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s so many different things that have to align for you to be able to win a championship in this league,\u201d Westbrook said in the exit interview. \u201cBut sometimes you can be in the position, and it don\u2019t work out. That\u2019s it. So for me, it\u2019s just being in a place where I\u2019m wanted, having fun, enjoying the game.
