The Charlotte Hornets will have the 14th pick (their own) and the 18th overall selection, which comes from the Phoenix Suns.<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-1\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"6i\">The 14th pick will give them a chance at winning the NBA Draft lottery, but they&#8217;ll need to conjure up whatever luck the Dallas Mavericks had a year ago, entering the lottery with just a 0.5% chance to win the top pick.<\/p>\n<p>Lottery odds<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-3\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"6o\">Washington Wizards &#8211; 14%<br \/>Indiana Pacers &#8211; 14%<br \/>Brooklyn Nets &#8211; 14%<br \/>Utah Jazz &#8211; 11.5%<br \/>Sacramento Kings &#8211; 11.5%<br \/>Memphis Grizzlies &#8211; 9%<br \/>New Orleans (to ATL or MIL) &#8211; 6.8%<br \/>Dallas Mavericks &#8211; 6.7%<br \/>Chicago Bulls &#8211; 4.5%<br \/>Milwaukee Bucks &#8211; 3%<br \/>Golden State Warriors &#8211; 2%<br \/>L.A. If it\u2019s not the deepest, it\u2019s one of the deepest that I\u2019ve ever been a part of.
