Golden State Warriors\u2019 Draymond Green wasn\u2019t a fan of how NBA official Scott Foster handled the ejections of him and Suns star Devin Booker from the NBA play-in game on Friday following an altercation.<\/p>\n

Green blasted the 32-year official on Monday for tossing him and Booker out of the game in the final minute of the game on The Draymond Green Show<\/a> (Warning: Explicit language included), calling it unnecessary and that the situation didn\u2019t warrant an ejection.<\/p>\n

\u201cKicking us out with one minute to go is pointless. The game is over, and our season is ending, and theirs is moving on,\u201d Green said<\/a>. \u201cI really just thought he did too much in the situation.\u201d<\/p>\n

Booker and Green were ejected in the final minutes of the Suns\u2019 111-96 win over the Warriors<\/a> after a dispute started following a Green foul on Booker, in which Green said Booker told Foster that he had punched him in the stomach. Following a review, Foster ruled the foul to be an away-from-the-play foul.<\/p>\n

As Booker was going to the free-throw line, he and Green, the latter who had checked out of the game, continued to argue. Following the free-throw, Booker and Green continued to argue, with Booker being held back by teammates, and both players were given double technical fouls. Play was resumed briefly before Foster tossed both players out of the game.<\/p>\n

Green denied punching Booker in the stomach and said he was disputing the call being an away-from-the-ball foul, as Booker was passing the ball when the foul occurred.<\/p>\n

\u201cGuy is passing the ball. I\u2019m not sure how away from the play, but I think that\u2019s Scott Foster\u2019s way of, \u2018Well, there\u2019s not really much here for me to call a flagrant foul or a technical foul, but I feel like I need to do something,’\u201d Green said.<\/p>\n

Green said that he and Booker talked after the game and moved on from the dispute.<\/p>\n

\u201cBook called me after the game. We chopped it up, and we moved on, and it is what it is,\u201d Green said. \u201cI\u2019m not gonna get into the context of our conversation that we had, but we had a conversation, and it was much needed.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe thought I was calling him a choice word, which I was not calling him that. I was calling Jalen Green and Dillon Brooks that, who (were) behind him, talking. But we had our conversation, and we moved on.\u201d<\/p>\n

Following the game on Friday, Booker downplayed the exchange between himself and Green, chalking it up to just competition.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve been there before, and I understand the situation. My big brother used to beat me in NBA Live back in the day, and I threw a fit,\u201d Booker said. \u201cHe\u2019s a competitor, he loves the sport, and he wants to be in those environments.\u201d<\/p>\n
