AND YOU GUYS KNOW THIS IN THE NBA EVERY DETAIL MATTERS FROM WHAT HAPPENS ON THE COURT TO WHAT HAPPENS IN THE BARBER’S CHAIR. AND TODAY I ACTUALLY GOT TO SIT DOWN WITH THREE DIFFERENT STYLISTS WHO KEEP THE THUNDER PLAYERS FRESH AHEAD OF GAME DAY. I LOVE SEEING MY WORK ON TV. YOU’VE SEEN THEM ON THE COURT, BUT THESE PROFESSIONAL STYLISTS HAVE SEEN THEM ON A MORE PERSONAL LEVEL. I HAVE A FEW OF THE THUNDER PLAYERS AND COACHES THAT SIT IN MY CHAIR. I DO ISAIAH JO’S HAIR. IT’S BEEN PRETTY NICE DOING HIS HAIR. I’VE BEEN DOING HIS HAIR FOR FOUR YEARS. SALVADOR. I’VE BEEN DOING HIS HAIR SINCE PLAYOFFS LAST SEASON FOR THE OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER PLAYERS. GAME DAY DOESN’T START AT THE ARENA. IT STARTS WITH THE PEOPLE MAKING SURE THEY’RE ON POINT. FOR SURE. FROM PRECISION FADES TO THE BRAIDS. IT MADE ME SUCH A TALENTED HAIRSTYLIST, TO BE HONEST. LIKE ALL MY WORK IS ON TV. SO LIKE EVERYONE SEES MY WORK AND IT JUST REALLY MADE ME LIKE PERFECT MY CRAFT AND LIKE, NO, EVERYTHING HAS TO BE REALLY, REALLY GOOD. I’VE ALWAYS LOVED HAIR. IT’S DEFINITELY A BLESSING, SOMETHING THAT GOD HAS ALLOWED ME TO DO. AND THE BOND GOES BEYOND THE CHAIR FROM LATE NIGHTS, EARLY WAKE UP CALLS. THEY SAY THE SCHEDULES MOVE JUST AS FAST AS THE SEASON ITSELF. THEY ARE STRICTLY, YOU KNOW, JUST TEXT MESSAGES. I GOT TO FIT THEM IN. YOU KNOW, I GOT TO FIND TIME SLOTS. AND SOMETIMES I’M ALSO GOING TO LIKE THEIR HOMES AND THINGS LIKE THAT JUST TO ACCOMMODATE THEIR SCHEDULE AS WELL. WHENEVER HE FINDS THE TIME, WE JUST GOT TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. AND WHILE THEY MAY BE SPECIAL CLIENTS, THEY TELL US THEY’RE STILL EVERYDAY GUYS LOOKING TO FEEL FRESH. SOME OF THEM ARE VERY DISCIPLINED IN THEIR LIFESTYLE. SOME OF THEM ARE, YOU KNOW, LIKE FAMILY MAN, LIKE LUTHER JUST HAD A SON. SO, YOU KNOW, HE LIKES TO BE ACTIVE, BUT, YOU KNOW, THEY REGULAR GUYS, REGULAR GUYS. YEAH. AND TIP OFF IS AT 830 TONIGHT.
