There may be some legitimate interest from May in leaping, and the feeling could be mutual. NBA insider Marc Stein reported that <a href=\"https:\/\/sports.yahoo.com\/articles\/dusty-may-nba-magic-reportedly-143047037.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:the Magic are &quot;admirers&quot; of May;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp yahoo-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the Magic are &#8220;admirers&#8221; of May<\/a> and would potentially have interest if he were available.<\/p>\n<p>May was previously the head coach at Florida Atlantic and, before that, was an assistant coach at <a href=\"http:\/\/gatorswire.usatoday.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Florida;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp\">Florida<\/a>.
