The format has had its share of changes since then, and there might be another <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/nba-lottery-proposal-tanking-c5a1b02f046b9a63f6aee5739934c2d4\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">coming soon<\/a> , but for now the process should be pretty familiar. The top four selections are determined via a weighted draw.
