Cleveland Cavaliers<\/a> owner Dan Gilbert is doing his best to mitigate Detroit<\/a>\u2019s home-court advantage for Sunday\u2019s Game 7 against the Pistons<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Per WKYC\u2019s Nick Camino<\/a>, Gilbert chartered 25 buses to transport Cavaliers fans from Cleveland to Detroit to attend Sunday\u2019s decisive game. Fans were seen arriving to load up on buses Sunday afternoon ahead of the scheduled 8 p.m. ET tip.<\/p>\n

Gilbert made a similar effort for Game 5 in Detroit.<\/p>\n

Per Cleveland.com<\/a>, Gilbert chartered eight buses to send 400 Cavaliers season-ticket holders to Detroit for Game 5 via an all-inclusive package that featured game tickets, food, entertainment and a pregame party.<\/p>\n

Cavs fans were seated together near the Cleveland bench, and chants of \u201cLet\u2019s go Cavs\u201d were heard in Little Caesars Arena as Cleveland closed out a 117-113 win<\/a> in overtime.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not clear from the report how many fans will be attending Sunday\u2019s game on Gilbert\u2019s dime or where they will be seated. But if eight buses sent 400 fans, then 25 busess project to transport at least 1,200-plus fans to Detroit for the game at the 20,000-plus seat arena.<\/p>\n

The Cavaliers are certainly hoping that the effort will to contribute to a similar result to Game 5.<\/p>\n

The winner of Sunday\u2019s game will secure a post in the Eastern Conference finals against the New York Knicks<\/a>.
