The San Antonio Spurs handed the Oklahoma City Thunder their first loss of the playoffs, with a 122-115 double overtime victory on Monday night. Wembanyama finished with 41 points, 24 rebounds, and 3 blocks.<\/p>\n

The Spurs sensation stole the show on the night that Oklahoma City<\/a>\u2019s Shai Gilgeous-Alexander received his Most Valuable Player trophy. <\/p>\n

The Thunder were outrebounded 61-40 on Monday night.<\/p>\n

Alex Caruso<\/a> scored 31 off the bench. Jalen Williams<\/a>, who returned to the lineup after missing six games with a left hamstring strain, had 26 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists. Gilgeous-Alexander had 24 points and 12 assists.<\/p>\n

\u201cObviously, I wasn\u2019t able to bring my best game tonight,\u201d Gilgeous-Alexander said after the game<\/a>. \u201cThat\u2019s how it goes sometimes.
