{"id":740817,"date":"2026-05-22T06:21:19","date_gmt":"2026-05-22T06:21:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nba\/740817\/"},"modified":"2026-05-22T06:21:19","modified_gmt":"2026-05-22T06:21:19","slug":"alex-rodriguez-splits-with-fitness-instructor-girlfriend-jaclyn-cordeiro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nba\/740817\/","title":{"rendered":"Alex Rodriguez splits with fitness instructor girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ex-Yankee Alex Rodriguez and <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/all-about-jaclyn-cordeiro-alex-rodriguez-11843864\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">fitness instructor Jaclyn Cordeiro<\/a> have broken up after several years of dating, according to a report.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo clarify, Alex and I are currently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/05\/21\/alex-rodriguez-jaclyn-cordeiro-breakup\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">taking some time apart<\/a> but there continues to be mutual love, care, and deep respect between us and for our families,\u201d Cordeiro told TMZ. \u201cWe remain supportive of one another, and there is absolutely no animosity, drama, or negative story here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.si.com\/onsi\/athlete-lifestyle\/relationships\/alex-rodriguez-swoons-girlfriend-jaclyn-cordeiro-hip-thrusts-leg-day-workout\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Cordeiro<\/a> added that she is also \u201cnavigating a serious health matter involving a family member,\u201d which has become her main priority.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlex and I continue to be very close, and out of respect for everyone involved especially our daughters and loved ones I\u2019d kindly ask that any reporting reflects the compassion and privacy this situation deserves,\u201d she concluded.<\/p>\n<p>Cordeiro shares two daughters with her ex-husband, Laureano Cordeiro, while A-Rod also has two daughters, Natasha and Ella, from his <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/alex-rodriguez-says-he-could-have-been-a-better-husband-to-ex-cynthia-scurtis-11849009\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">previous marriage to Cynthia Scurtis.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>While it is unclear when exactly the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nydailynews.com\/2021\/04\/21\/jlo-was-the-one-to-end-a-rod-engagement-over-too-many-issues-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">break up<\/a> occurred, a source close to the pair told TMZ that they split at least two months ago.<\/p>\n<p>The couple was first romantically linked back in 2022, after they were caught walking hand-in-hand down Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, Calif. They went Instagram official a few months later, and then they were spotted getting cozy at a January 2023 NBA game.<\/p>\n<p>Rodriguez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nydailynews.com\/2020\/05\/18\/j-lo-and-a-rods-relationship-through-the-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">previously dated Jennifer Lopez<\/a> from early 2017 to spring 2021. They got engaged in March 2019, but ultimately called off their wedding twice due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
