The Washington Wizards were the team that ultimately grabbed the top draft spot, and there has been no shortage of rumors regarding <a href=\"https:\/\/clutchpoints.com\/nba\/washington-wizards\/wizards-rumors-3-teams-contact-washington-pick-trade-aj-dybantsa\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">teams attempting to engage the Wizards in potentially trading the pick<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Although the Bulls moved up from the original projected slot in the NBA Draft, they are one of the teams that have reached out to the Wizards to <a href=\"https:\/\/clutchpoints.com\/nba\/nba-stories\/2026-nba-mock-draft-2-0-latest-aj-dybantsa-darryn-peterson-intel-all-60-picks-post-combine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">inquire about moving up<\/a> and acquiring the top pick, as per ClutchPoints\u2019 NBA insider Brett Siegel. Should a deal fail to materialize, the Bulls would hold on to No. 4 as they have no intention of parting with their pick unless they move up in the draft.<\/p>\n<p>This is a crucial offseason for the Bulls as they head into their first under the new regime. Following the ouster of Arturas Karnisovas, the organization <a href=\"https:\/\/clutchpoints.com\/nba\/chicago-bulls\/bulls-news-chicago-picks-hawks-bryson-graham-lead-new-front-office\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">hired long-time NBA executive Bryson Graham as the new vice president of basketball operations<\/a>. The Bulls will also be bringing in a new head coach as Billy Donovan opted to step away from the franchise.<\/p>\n<p>This past season, the Bulls finished with an overall record of 31-51 and missed out on the playoffs for the fourth consecutive season. They did not make the play-in tournament either.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to having the No. 4 overall pick, the Bulls also have the No. 15 pick in the upcoming NBA Draft.
