The NBA<\/a> moves extremely fast. One year, you\u2019re viewed as a franchise cornerstone, the next, teams are questioning whether you\u2019re worth building around. Whether it\u2019s injuries, age, or disappointing performances, a player\u2019s value can change in a hurry. These three players are still extremely\u00a0talented, but their value has never been lower than it is right now, and it might be worth making a move for them.<\/p>\n

Ja Morant<\/p>\n

Morant is still one of the most explosive players in basketball and can completely take over a game when he\u2019s on the court and at his best. The problem is that teams can\u2019t count on him to be on the court and stay off social media.<\/p>\n

Between injuries and off-court issues, Morant\u2019s value has taken a significant hit. There was a point where he looked destined to become one of the faces of the league. Now there are legitimate questions surrounding his future and whether he can stay on the court long enough to lead a contender. He\u2019s still extremely young and could turn things around, but his value has never been lower.<\/p>\n

James Harden<\/p>\n

There was once a time when James Harden was one of the most valuable players in the league. He was an MVP, a scoring champion, and the centerpiece of multiple championship-caliber teams.<\/p>\n

Though that\u2019s no longer the case, he is still a great player for any team. The Cavalier\u2019s trading for him proves he is still valued. But after his playoff performances, he\u2019s never been valued lower in his career.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Harden is 36 years old and much closer to the end of his career than the beginning. Since leaving Houston, he\u2019s bounced around multiple teams and has yet to live up to their expectations.. He\u2019s still of decent value, but not nearly in the same way we saw even two years ago.<\/p>\n

Jordan Poole<\/p>\n

Just a few years ago, Poole looked like the next \u201cSplash Brother\u201d coming out of Golden State. He played an immense role in the Warriors\u2019 championship run and earned a massive contract because of it.<\/p>\n

Since then, Poole has put up numbers in Washington, but they haven\u2019t translated to wins. His efficiency, shot selection, and defense have all been heavily criticized, and the excitement surrounding his future has faded considerably.<\/p>\n

The talent is still there, but compared to where his value was after the Warriors won the title, it\u2019s hard to argue that it has ever been lower.<\/p>\n
