AP Photo\/Mark Schiefelbein<\/p>\n<p>Dolan was referring to the NBA\u2019s decision not to retroactively assess a flagrant foul on Victor Wembanyama for tossing Jalen Brunson to the ground in the first quarter of Game 3.\u00a0There was no foul called on the play either.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, I\u2019m a Governor of the NBA, right, I\u2019m restricted and bound by the rules of the NBA, of which there are a lot. There\u2019s little that I can say,\u201d Dolan said. \u201cI will say if you read the cover of The New York Post today, I think they got it right.
