The Knicks will receive their championship rings and unveil their first banner since 1973 in front of a packed Madison Square Garden.<\/p>\n<p>Then there is the Sixers.<\/p>\n<p>Philadelphia has completely changed the level of attention around its team by adding LeBron James and Jaylen Brown to a roster that already includes Maxey and Embiid.<\/p>\n<p>James\u2019 arrival is particularly significant. The 41-year-old is entering a new chapter of his career in Philadelphia, making the Sixers one of the league\u2019s biggest draws before the season has even started.<\/p>\n<p>The demand is not limited to the Knicks game either.<\/p>\n<p>MORE TYRESE MAXEY STORIES<\/p>\n<p>Philadelphia\u2019s first home fixture against the Cleveland Cavaliers on October 22 is already approaching $500 for the cheapest available resale ticket. Last season, comparable tickets for the Sixers\u2019 opener were selling for around $100.<\/p>\n<p>That means the rise is not simply about one game at Madison Square Garden.<\/p>\n<p>Nine of the 10 most expensive NBA games this season reportedly involve the 76ers, highlighting just how much interest LeBron\u2019s arrival has created.<\/p>\n<p>The full Sixers schedule has only just been announced, while season-ticket prices have yet to be released.<\/p>\n<p>For now, though, the message is clear.
