The league announced its ruling on Wednesday and it\u2019s bad. <\/p>\n<p>The franchise is facing severe punishments including forfeiture of first-round picks and bans for top executives. Leonard himself has gotten off relatively easy with a $700K fine. <\/p>\n<p>Even before all this came out, Kawhi and the Clips had already agreed to move on, and a trade was agreed with the Toronto Raptors. As such, his trade to the Raptors had been put on hold. <\/p>\n<p>However, the player himself is facing no suspensions or time missed in this scenario. Everything is on track for Kawhi Leonard to be traded now to the Toronto Raptors. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis was the last piece of information the Raptors were waiting on. For this investigation to conclude.
