AP Photo\/Ellen Schmidt<\/p>\n<p>But the forward has been adamant that he made the right decision, saying <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/09\/10\/sports\/jonathan-kuminga-chose-timberwolves-for-winning-culture\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">he wanted to join a winning culture<\/a>. And you think you\u2019re gonna do what?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kuminga joins LaMelo Ball and Anthony Edwards in Minnesota as part of the backcourt.
