Breaking his silence on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurohoops.net\/en\/nba-news\/1986817\/jaylen-brown-is-traded-to-the-76ers-paul-george-moves-to-the-celtics\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jaylen Brown\u2019s trade to the Philadelphia 76ers<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurohoops.net\/basket\/boston-celtics\/?lang=en\" title=\"Boston Celtics\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"auto-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Boston Celtics<\/a> superstar Jayson Tatum addressed how people view their bond and rejected\u00a0rumors of drama.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor me, I love that guy,\u201d he recently said on The Dan Patrick Show. \u201cWhat we were able to accomplish together in nine years. We went to the conference finals five times, we went to the championship twice, we won a championship, we\u2019ve shared All-Star games together. You can\u2019t talk about him without talking about me, and vice versa.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The pinnacle of their partnership came with capturing the NBA title in 2024, a run that saw Brown secure Finals Most Valuable Player honors. Now, the split reshapes the Eastern Conference ahead of the 2026\u201327 NBA Regular Season. Instead of looking back with regret, 28-year-old Tatum offered a grounded perspective on the move.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUnfortunately, the business of basketball is always going to play a part,\u201d he added. \u201cNobody has ever played together forever. But it\u2019s not a thing to be sad or upset about. It\u2019s a thing to celebrate what we were able to do. He\u2019s a tremendous person and player. I got nothing but respect and wish him the best as he moves forward.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Following preseason games, their new paths officially begin on October 20.
