It\u2019s a homecoming for the Duke product, who is from Clinton, Maryland, and played high school basketball at Paul VI Catholic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">The 6-foot-3 guard averaged 15.6 PPG on 40.4% 3PT in the G League last year. His best showing was a 46-point outburst in which he made all 12 of his 3-point attempts with the Sioux Falls Skyforce \u2014 the Miami Heat\u2019s G-League affiliate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">The E-10 contract allows the Wizards to retain Keels\u2019 G-League rights.
