This is a game where you want to play to your strengths and minimize your weaknesses – who I am, who is my teammate, who is covering me, who is covering my teammate.

And then we build from there and try to make sure we do a good job of getting the best shots, we want to be efficient in what we do, and then get the most opportunities.

We want to get as many shots on goal as we can, we want to limit them as much as we can; and the shots we take, we want them to be great, and the shots they take, we want them to be terrible.

Sean Sweeney

12 @OrlandoMagic Players Share their Excitement and Expectations for Roles under new Head Coach Sean Sweeney — Q&A from @beyondtheRK

Desmond Bane — “A lot more movement”

Jalen Suggs – “Consistency & Execution”

Franz Wagner – “Super Organized”

Paolo Banchero — “High-Level… pic.twitter.com/u4wJ4YY8ah

— Swish Theory (@SwishTheory) September 29, 2026The View from the Players Jan 7, 2026; Brooklyn, New York, USA; Orlando Magic forward Paolo Banchero (5) celebrates his overtime game-winning three point shot against the Brooklyn Nets with guard Desmond Bane (3) and forward Noah Penda (93) and center Wendell Carter Jr. (34) and guard Anthony Black (0) at Barclays Center.
