Zaven Collins is entering his sixth NFL season, all with the Arizona Cardinals after the team selected him in the first round in 2021. The linebacker has played through three coaching staffs and says the years have moved quickly. Collins shares how sleep, hydration, nutrition and recovery help him stay on the field. He also reflects on growing up in Hominy, Oklahoma, and earning his exercise science degree. Collins says his path shows a small-town kid can accomplish big things.
