The New York Giants‘ offensive line will have a lot to prove during the 2025 season as the current regime enters a make-or-break campaign.

With left tackle Andrew Thomas leading the charge, the Giants have one of the most expensive offensive lines in the entire NFL, coming in as the third-most expensive unit at $69.5 million, per Over The Cap.

Only the Carolina Panthers ($96.8 million) and Kansas City Chiefs ($86 million) are spending more on the offensive line. Rounding out the top five behind the Giants are the Minnesota Vikings ($69.3 million) and Detroit Lions ($66.5 million).

The offensive line continued to struggle for the most part last season, which was only made worse by the Lisfranc injury Thomas suffered during the game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

With Thomas holding a cap hit of $21.1 million, that’s the second-highest mark on the entire team behind only Dexter Lawrence ($23.7 million). The next two highest cap hits are guard Jon Runyan Jr. ($11.75 million) and right tackle Jermaine Eluemunor ($9.2 million).

Runyan is under contract through the 2026 season while Eluemunor is going into the final year of his contract.

Some big question marks are facing the offensive line coming off a 3-14 campaign and if the Giants are going to make any improvements in 2025, the unit will need to live up to its paycheck.
