The Chargers and Pacifico hosted the second annual Cook Off Fiesta celebrating the rich flavors of Latino Heritage. Charger Fan Club members from different tailgates faced off in a series of food challenges showcasing different Latino cuisines. A panel of judges scored dishes based on taste, creativity, presentation, and integration of Pacifico beer.
