The Tennessee Titans (0-2) have their first road game in Week 3 when they face the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, this Sunday at 12:00 p.m. CST.

To start the week, the Titans opened as 6-point underdogs. On Friday, the lines changed drastically from their initial spot on Monday, although the Titans remain 3-point underdogs against the Giants. The Titans’ moneyline is +125, and the Giants’ moneyline is -150. The over/under is 38.5 points, per BetMGM.

The odds changed drastically for this game after the Giants lost starting quarterback Jaxson Dart for the season, and changed even more with the news that linebacker Brian Burns is also going to miss some time. However, Jameis Winston is a capable backup who is still a threat, and their defense has the benefit of Dennard Wilson’s time in Tennessee to help them overcome Cam Ward and the Titans’ offense.

The Titans have gotten off to a slow start in 2026, and even with the injuries to a few key players on the Giants’ roster, they still face a tough task this Sunday in New Jersey. They’ve struggled to move the ball down the field, and if Tony Pollard and/or Tyjae Spears can’t play this week, they’ll be in even more trouble.

In Las Vegas, oddsmakers consider factors from all aspects of the game when setting odds, including how much money has already been wagered. Pay attention to the lines should you decide to place a bet because the next time you look at them, they’re likely to be different.
