Before the Eagles take on the Bears, I’m thinking about their embarrassing performance against Chicago on Black Friday last year.
The Bears’ rushing attack gashed the Eagles’ defense. With Caleb Williams out, I’d imagine Chicago is going to lean on the ground game.
How about Jordan Davis having a monster game in primetime to neutralize the Bears’ backs?
Davis was excellent last season and deserves the big pay day he received in the offseason. He’s become more than “just” a run-stuffer as his pro career has progressed, but he can still obviously affect that facet of an offense’s gameplan to a massive degree.
I’d love a star performance from him at Soldier Field.
