The Bengals have officially declared backup safety Kyle Dugger (quadriceps) out for Sunday’s game. Wide receiver Colbie Young is also officially out, though coach Zac Taylor said that would be the case Monday. Dugger and Young were each injured during Cincy’s Week 3 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Four other Bengals are listed as questionable and may end up being game-time decisions. Starting safety Bryan Cook (ankle) was limited all week and Taylor says they’ll see where he’s at Sunday. Starting right guard Dalton Risner (knee) will get the same evaluation, though he at least went full Friday.
Backup linebacker Swayze Bozeman (groin) did not practice Friday after he ended up limited Thursday, which is not a good sign for him to play. Bozeman is primarily a special teams asset, so those snaps will have to be filled by someone else and Cincinnati no longer has a LB on its practice squad. Perhaps Beau Brade, one of the new practice squad additions who was a LB/S hybrid in college, could be elevated to fill the role.
DT B.J. Hill (achilles) practiced for the first time in two weeks and is questionable as well. It may be too soon for him to return, but he at least has a chance. Cornerback DJ Turner II (ankle) is good to go after going limited both Thursday and Friday.

One of Jacksonville’s three questionable players is starting cornerback Montaric Brown (hamstring), whom did not get a full practice in this week. CB Christian Braswell (knee) and DT Albert Regis (elbow) are also questionable.
