Best bets for Monday Night Football
The Falcons are flying high after scoring a big win over the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field in Week 3. The game saw the return of quarterback Michael Penix Jr. from injury. The left-hander threw for 256 yards and a score while star running back Bijan Robinson added two touchdowns on the ground. With Penix back in the fold, Atlanta will aim for a second straight road win to get back to .500.
New Orleans lost its first home game of the season in Week 3, with the Las Vegas Raiders winning a 35-27 shootout. But the Saints have an impressive road win over the Baltimore Ravens in hand and are not to be taken lightly, especially with QB Tyler Shough emerging as a threat. While running back Travis Etienne (hamstring) is on the shelf, Shough will be relied on to provide offense, which he should be capable of against what’s been a vulnerable Atlanta secondary.Â
The SportsLine Projection Model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, has a slight lean to the Over. Bet on Falcons vs. Saints and more at DraftKings for $150 in bonuses after spending $5+:
