The Baltimore Ravens acquired two-time Pro Bowl center Cam Jurgens from the Philadelphia Eagles on Wednesday, adding an established interior lineman to an offensive line dealing with multiple injuries. Baltimore is sending Philadelphia a 2027 fifth-round pick and a 2028 second-round selection in exchange for Jurgens and a 2027 seventh-round pick, according to multiple reports.

The move addresses an immediate need for the Ravens, who have lost three veteran centers to injuries. Danny Pinter suffered a season-ending knee injury in training camp, while Jovaughn Gwyn and Ethan Pocic also landed on injured reserve. First-round pick Vega Ioane had been moved from right guard to center, but Jurgens gives Baltimore a proven option at the position. The Ravens said Jurgens is currently in concussion protocol and is expected to make his debut next week against Cleveland.

Jurgens, 27, was selected by Philadelphia with the No. 51 pick in the 2022 NFL Draft out of Nebraska and eventually became the successor to longtime Eagles center Jason Kelce. He earned Pro Bowl selections in 2024 and 2025 and has started 45 of 62 career games. He helped Philadelphia win Super Bowl LIX and signed a four-year, $68 million extension before the 2025 season.

Jurgens began the 2026 season as Philadelphia’s starting center but moved to left guard after Landon Dickerson was placed on injured reserve. The Eagles’ offensive line underwent another major change Tuesday when longtime right tackle Lane Johnson announced his retirement. Philadelphia now receives additional draft capital while continuing to reshape an offensive front that has faced significant turnover and injuries.
