The installation, called the 904Ever Club in a nod to Jacksonville’s area code, will measure about 14 feet by 14 feet and sit on the plaza outside the Jaguars’ “Stadium of the Future,” which is under construction and scheduled to open before the 2028 NFL season, Front Office Sports reported.
Eternal Fan is the Jaguars’ “official fan memories partner,” a deal announced in June 2025. Design details are still being finalized, but current renderings show a block-shaped structure topped by a large football bearing the Jaguars logo, made of bronze or granite.
How the Memorial Works
The top membership tier, the $5,904 “Founders Level,” includes a private space within the memorial and invitations to special events. Two lower tiers, at $2,904 and $904, provide access to shared storage, where items are kept in “living memory pouches.”
Eternal Fan founder Matt Linn, who has spent nearly 30 years in the funeral industry and runs a funeral home in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, described the concept to FOS.
“Would I say it’s a brick on steroids? Yeah, maybe,” Linn said. “But at the end of the day, we’re creating a type of fan engagement — fan legacies — that’s kind of never been done before.”
Scott Massey, the Jaguars’ senior vice president of corporate partnerships, said the team wanted to create a lasting tribute to its fans’ commitment. He said the monument will be accessible 365 days a year, while Eternal Fan will control when members can open and add approved items to their spaces.
Who Pays and Who Buys
Eternal Fan sets the prices and keeps the revenue, and it covers the costs of building and operating the memorial, including annual fees to use the team’s marks and stadium grounds. Linn said the installation will cost “well into the six figures.”
Chief marketing officer Brad Zimmerman said part of each sale goes into a stewardship account for maintenance, security, insurance and any relocation costs. He declined to say how many spaces have sold, but said buyers generally fall into two groups: fans honoring their own loyalty and families memorializing a Jaguars fan who has died.
The Jaguars are the second sports property to work with Eternal Fan, which was founded in 2015. Richmond Raceway in Virginia installed a 21-foot stainless steel memorial shaped like an engine piston in 2018.
