The Tennessee Titans are in the middle of their Phase 3 offseason team activities (OTAs), and undrafted rookie wide receiver Xavier Restrepo continues to make a name for himself.Â
Already becoming a fan favorite because of his chemistry and connection with Cam Ward from their days in Miami, Restrepo has shown up in a big way during these practices and appears to have the inside track on one of the final slots in the receivers’ room.Â
During the sessions, he caught the eye of many media members in attendance and demonstrated a potent combination of athleticism and route-running savvy. Those on-field abilities overshadowed the poor testing that took place during the pre-draft process and kept him from being selected in the 2025 NFL draft.Â
During drills, he looks quick, his routes are crisp, everything coaches look for from a slot receiver.Â
On Tuesday, he had another solid day, tying for the team lead with three receptions during team periods, and was noticeable doing the dirty work in the slot. Restrepo had three catches on the day, joining Chig Okonkwo, Tony Pollard, and Colton Dowell for the Titans’ offense.Â
Like Ward, Restrepo is a diligent worker, and the two were often seen after practice continuing to hone their skills.Â
#Titans rookies Cam Ward and Xavier Restrepo are still on the field working on different deep routes.

Tennessee struggled with slot production in 2024 and has made significant changes this offseason. Veteran Tyler Boyd did not make an impact during his only season in Nashville and was not brought back. Leaving the newly acquired Tyler Lockett and rookies like Chimere Dike and Restrepo to elevate the slot in 2025.Â
The Titans have a crowded wide receiver group heading into training camp, and there will be some interesting battles taking place for spots on the 53-man roster. Stay tuned for some fun action.Â
