Bills Reflect As Free Agent Von Miller Searches For Final Move originally appeared on Athlon Sports.
As good a player as Von Miller has been throughout his career, the last three have been anything but smooth for the Super Bowl MVP.

And now he’s looking for a new job.
Signed to the Buffalo Bills on a six-year deal worth over $120 million, Miller played just three seasons with the team and recorded only 14 sacks. Injuries and off-field trouble played a part in the veteran’s struggles since coming from the Los Angeles Rams.
That lack of production is why the Bills opted to move on from the veteran this offseason – even if general manager Brandon Beane was appreciative of the work he got from Miller.
“Tough deal, love Von,” Beane said recently. “Really appreciate what he brought here…we just decided where the salary was to try and see if we could step back, look at the field, see what else was out there. I had a very good conversation with him the other day before we released him and would never close the door on bringing him back, whether it’s now, whether it’s later in the spring or in season. Beyond his skillset on the field, he brought a championship mentality to our team.”

Buffalo is trying their hands at another edge rusher with signing Joey Bosa. Unlike Miller, the contract the team gave to Bosa is just a one-year deal worth under $13 million.
If the organization can get just a little bit more from the 29-year-old than they got from Miller, the move will be seen as an upgrade right from the top.
It’s a tall order, though, with Miller’s playoff experience usually standing out over others. … and with Bosa now nursing a calf injury that will sideline him until training camp.
Meanwhile, at age 36, Miller – who is surely Hall of Fame-bound someday – might be waiting until training camp to sign … with somebody … as his next and final move.
