In a continued commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in football, the Dallas Cowboys recently held their Nike High School Diversity Coaching Summit aimed at empowering local high school coaches and promoting leadership. It brought together coaches from the Dallas-Fort Worth area and key figures from the Cowboys organization to discuss critical topics such as coaching techniques, team culture, and hiring practices.
The event featured prominent speakers from the Cowboys’ staff, including Head Coach Brian Schottenheimer and Vice President of Player Personnel Will McClay. The participants even got some time with Cowboys owner Jerry Jones.
