The Tampa Bay Buccaneers come in as the highest-ranked team in the NFC South, and – surprise respect! – the 10th-overall ranked triplet group.
Let’s dig deeper in to the trio a bit closer …
Quarterback
Baker Mayfield is entering his third season with the Buccaneers as their starting quarterback. The former Heisman trophy winner, and number one pick in the 2018 NFL draft seems to have found a home in Tampa, and continues to impress. He has thrown for over 8,500 yards in two seasons, and has added 69 touchdowns to his career totals in those two years as well.
Mayfield has always shown an aggressive nature when it comes to slinging the football. Former Super Bowl winning quarterback for the Buccaneers, Tom Brady, even said this about Baker Mayfield,

“Man, he can rip the ball,” Brady has said.
Running Back
The Buccaneers did not have their leading rusher for the team even slotted into the starting position. Former Oregon Duck running back Bucky Irving surpassed Rachaad White in his rookie season. He would finish tenth in the league, rushing for 1,122 yards, and would take on 8 touchdowns as well. He is definitely prime to have a big sophomore season, especially with all of the weapons that this offense has to spread the field.
Wide Receiver
Over the last 11 seasons, there have been few wide receivers who have been as productive or consistent in their production than Mike Evans. He posted his 11th consecutive 1,000-yard receiving season in dramatic fashion.

He is almost certain to be a first ballot Hall of Famer. He should be poised for another big season this year with the return of Godwin, and the drafting of Emeka Egbuka. That should open up some windows for Evans to have another big year.
A lot of eyes will be on these triplets going into this season to see if they can continue in their productive ways – “productive” as in top-10 in the NFL.
