Aaron Donald and Jared Verse made good on their promises to work out together. Following days of the two joking back and forth about how hard it is to work out, the two actually did it.
Donald posted a video and photo of the two on his Instagram with the caption, “Ask and you shall receive. Workout video coming soon.”
Current and former Rams players sounded off in the comments, too.
Rams defensive tackle Kobie Turner wrote that he’s “been waiting all day for this,” while receiver Tutu Atwell tagged Verse with and wrote that the young edge rusher “look tired my boy.”
Even ex-Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey, who played with Donald, commented a bunch of laughing emojis, “😂😂😂😂😂.”
While it’s unclear who won the “bet,” Verse later posted on X that he “tried to test a legend … And he responded with a workout from hell. Learned my lesson. Respect OG.” He also posted on his Instagram story that, “Rule 1: Don’t call out AD.”
