Aaron Rodgers’ contract incentives with the Pittsburgh Steelers have just been revealed.

Courtesy of Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer — who broke down Rodgers’ incentives on Monday — the new Steelers QB must play in at least 70% of the team’s regular season games to qualify for any of the following 2025 incentives:

$500,000 for a playoff appearance

$600,000 for a wild-card round win (with at least 50% play-time), or if Steelers earn first-round bye

$750,000 for a divisional round win (with at least 50% play-time)

$1 million for an AFC Championship win (with at least 50% play-time)

$1.5 million for a Super Bowl win (with at least 50% play-time)

$1.5 million for winning the AP NFL MVP award

Rodgers’ one-year deal, worth $13.65 million with $10 million guaranteed, is made even sweeter by the $5.85 million in total incentives.

Can Rodgers help the Steelers earn their first playoff win since the 2016 season — and ultimately secure himself a bigger payday in 2025?
