Barton was not re-signed by the Cardinals after starting two games at right tackle in 2024.

One of the Arizona Cardinals‘ free agents has landed with a new team. The Cleveland Browns signed offensive lineman Jackson Barton. The move appeared in the NFL transaction report.

Barton spent most of the last two seasons on the Cardinals’ practice squad but appeared in five games over two seasons, including two starts last season. Unfortunately, he got hurt after both of his starts.

He has bounced around the NFL since 2019 when he was drafted in the seventh round by the Indianapolis Colts.

He has spent time with the Colts, Kansas City Chiefs, New York Giants, Las Vegas Raiders and Cardinals. He has played in 13 career games, eight with the Raiders and the five with the Cardinals.
