The Detroit Lions drafted LSU guard Miles Frazier with the No. 171 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.The Lions sent a sixth- and seventh-round pick to New England to move into the fifth round.Frazier is the second offensive lineman drafted by GM Brad Holmes this year.

The Lions made their third trade of the 2025 NFL Draft, moving up 11 spots from Pick No. 182 to take LSU guard Miles Frazier in the fifth round.
The Lions gave the New England Patriots their first sixth-round pick, No. 182, and a seventh-round pick (No. 228) in the deal, according to ESPN.
Frazier, 6 feet 6 and 317 pounds, played left tackle as a freshman at Florida International in 2021 before moving to guard in his three seasons at LSU.
The Lions made two trades on Day 2 of the draft Friday, moving up three spots in Round 2 for Georgia guard Tate Ratledge, and 32 spots in Round 3 for Arkansas receiver Isaac TeSlaa.
Frazier joins an interior line group that also includes Ratledge, Pro Bowl center Frank Ragnow, left guard Graham Glasgow and promising second-year player Christian Mahogany.
The Lions entered Day 3 with five picks, two in Round 6 at Nos. 182 and 196 and three in Round 7 at Nos. 228, 230 and 244.
