In his final season with Cincy, Pratt posted a career-high 143 tackles for a struggling Bengals defense. Per PFF, Pratt also had 20 missed tackles.
The 29-year-old has started 88 of 96 career games since he was taken in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft by the Bengals, tallying 616 career tackles. He’s started all 34 games possible over the past two campaigns and racked up back-to-back 100-plus tackle seasons in the process.
Pratt will join a linebacking crew with fellow free-agent additions Devin White and Elandon Roberts likely brawling for starting spots.
Perhaps he’s lost a step, or perhaps a year with head coach Pete Carroll and the Raiders will revitalize his career. We shall see.
