CLEVELAND, Ohio — Three rounds of the 2025 NFL Draft are in the books. 102 players have been selected, but there are still four rounds and nearly 150 picks still to go.

Now that each team has made multiple picks, we’re starting to see how the shape of these draft classes looks for each of these teams.

We’re not going to know for sure just how good each of these teams’ classes will be until they see the field for a few years. But that doesn’t mean we can’t draw an inference based on what they’ve done so far.

Here are the draft grades for all 32 teams after Day 2. Also, check out the Day 1 grades here.

Arizona Cardinals: A

Day 2 players drafted: CB Will Johnson, Edge rusher Jordan Burch.

Breakdown: The medicals on Johnson obviously had to be a concern. But from a pure talent standpoint, it’s a huge shocker that Johnson fell this far. Amazing value for the Cardinals as they add to their depth in the secondary with arguably the best corner in college football the last two seasons.

They also added yet another fun piece to their front seven in Burch. Those two players along with first-round pick Walter Nolen could quickly make the Cardinals defense one to be reckoned with.

Atlanta Falcons: B

Day 2 player drafted: S Xavier Watts.

Breakdown: Atlanta had to wait a while to get back onto the clock after trading up late in the first round for James Pearce Jr. But getting Watts at 96th overall is a big steal. He can really cover deep down the field for the Falcons defense.

They didn’t need more weapons for Michael Penix Jr., so going defense heavy isn’t a bad way for the Falcons to go.

Baltimore Ravens: A-

Day 2 players drafted: Edge rusher Mike Green, OT Emery Jones Jr.

Breakdown: From a pure talent perspective, Green, a top falling 20 talent, all the way to pick 59 and the Ravens was an absolute steal. But there are character concerns because Green has twice been accused of sexual assault. He denied those allegations at the NFL Combine in February.

Jones is a nice depth piece who could grow into a starter over time.

Buffalo Bills: B-

Day 2 players drafted: DT T.J. Sanders, Edge rusher Landon Jackson.

Breakdown: Buffalo’s weekend of adding to its defense continued by selecting Sanders and Jackson from the SEC. Both players are above-average athletes, but they both also need some refinement. The Bills are clearly trying to add defensive reinforcements after giving up more points to the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game than any team did all season.

It’s not a flashy weekend so far, but that’s not what they need.

Carolina Panthers: A-

Day 2 players drafted: Edge rushers Nic Scourton and Princely Umanmielen.

Breakdown: After giving Bryce Young a high-end receiver in Tetairoa McMillan on Thursday night, the Panthers doubled down on pass rush on Friday night. Scourton took a dip in production from 2023 to 2024, but he was still very good value at 51st overall.

Umanmielen, meanwhile, had his best season in 2024 and is quite explosive off the edge. They are two great pieces at this point in the draft to add much-needed help to their defense.

Chicago Bears: A

Day 2 players drafted: WR Luther Burden III, OT Ozzy Trapilo, DT Shemar Turner.

Breakdown: The Bears have had quite the weekend getting help for Caleb Williams. After drafting Colston Loveland at No. 10 overall, they got a player in Burden who at one point was considered a top-10 prospect and can generate yards after the catch as well as any receiver in this draft.

Trapilo and Turner add great depth to their respective lines, and both could be starters fairly quickly.

Cincinnati Bengals: C+

Day 2 players drafted: LB Demetrius Knight Jr., IOL Dylan Fairchild.

Breakdown: Going for help on defense and on the offensive line made sense for Cincinnati. But I just didn’t like the value they got with either pick.

The Bengals drafted Knight, who is 25 years old, with the 49th pick and he started just 22 games in college. Fairchild is solid depth, but this felt early for him.

Cleveland Browns: B

Day 2 players drafted: LB Carson Schwesinger, RB Quinshon Judkins, TE Harold Fannin Jr., QB Dillon Gabriel.

Breakdown: The Browns started their night by addressing defense again with Schwesinger. Maybe he’s insurance because of the neck injury Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah suffered, but he is an extremely agile three-down linebacker who plays with energy.

They kept that energy three picks later by addressing their offense by selecting Judkins, who will add much-needed physicality to the Browns’ running game. Fannin Jr. was a great choice as a TE2 along with David Njoku as the Browns finally added more skill to their offense.

However, it’s absolutely shocking that the Browns passed on Shedeur Sanders for Gabriel, who has size and arm strength limitations. This pick hurts this grade because I felt in addition to Sanders, Kyle McCord or Will Howard would have been better options. It just confirms the Browns will be waiting until 2026 for their next long-term answer at quarterback.

Dallas Cowboys: A-

Day 2 players drafted: Edge rusher Donovan Ezeiruaku, CB Shavon Revel Jr.

Breakdown: After what felt like a reach on Thursday night for Tyler Booker, the Cowboys did an outstanding job by selecting two players who at one point were first-round possibilities.

Ezeiruaku easily could have gone in the first round, and I think he could really complement Micah Parsons extremely well. A torn ACL ended Revel’s season in September, but he is long and very physical. Dallas did a great job to turn its draft grade around.

Denver Broncos: B-

Day 2 players drafted: RB RJ Harvey, WR Pat Bryant.

Breakdown: Denver’s Day 2 was a bit of a mixed bag for me. Harvey went a little earlier than I expected at 60, but his explosive run profile is very enticing.

Bryant was the first player not in my composite big board top 150, but I understand adding weapons for Bo Nix.

Detroit Lions: B

Day 2 players drafted: IOL Tate Ratledge, WR Isaac TeSlaa.

Breakdown: Detroit added another fun depth piece for its offensive line by selecting Ratledge, who not only has an outstanding mullet, but he brings the requisite power to Detroit’s offensive line.

TeSlaa clearly made himself some money after an impressive NFL Combine, but like Bryant, going early in the third round felt early to me.

Green Bay Packers: B+

Day 2 players drafted: OT Anthony Belton, WR Savion Williams.

Breakdown: Belton seemed like a guy who could have been available in the beginning of Day 3, so this was early for me. But it’s easy to fall in love with his sheer size.

They also doubled down on receiver with Williams, who is one of the more unique receivers in this class with a skillset similar to Cordarrelle Patterson.

Houston Texans: A

Day 2 players drafted: WR Jayden Higgins, OT Aireontae Ersery, WR Jaylin Noel

Breakdown: C.J. Stroud has to be feeling very good right now. The Texans just gave him a pair of talented weapons in the Iowa State duo of Higgins and Noel and a big offensive tackle in Ersery.

Higgins brings size, and Noel brings speed and big-play ability on top of what the Texans already have on offense.

Indianapolis Colts: A-

Day 2 players drafted: Edge rusher JT Tuimoloau, CB Justin Walley.

Breakdown: The Big Ten flavor of this Colts class continued, starting with adding the former five-star edge rusher from Ohio State in Tuimoloau. He may never win a sack title, but he is an extremely well-rounded edge rusher who can also hold his own in the run game.

The grade takes a slight dip with the selection of Walley. But he is an experienced corner with ball skills who can play in side or outside.

Jacksonville Jaguars: B+

Day 2 players drafted: CB Caleb Ransaw, IOL Wyatt Milum.

Breakdown: The Jaguars had to wait a long time to get back onto the board late in the third round. Ransaw adds more depth at corner along with Travis Hunter, and I think Milum can provide some power to the interior of the Jacksonville offensive line.

The draft will ultimately come down to whether Travis Hunter can live to the incredible value the Jaguars gave up to get him.

Kansas City Chiefs: B+

Day 2 players drafted: DT Omarr Norman-Lott, Edge rusher Ashton Gillotte, CB Nohl Williams.

Breakdown: It’s hard not to say that the Chiefs aren’t doing a good job based on what they’ve done throughout the last handful of years. That said, each of the Chiefs’ first two picks felt like reaches.

Norman-Lott, while I like his motor, had limited reps at Tennessee. Princely Umanmielen probably would have been better value than Gillotte at 66. Williams does bring solid size and ball skills to the Kansas City secondary.

Las Vegas Raiders: B+

Day 2 players drafted: WR Jack Bech, CB Darien Porter, IOL Caleb Rogers, OT Charles Grant.

Breakdown: The Raiders did a nice job of helping give Geno Smith more help around him for 2025 in addition to Ashton Jeanty. Bech adds strength and great hands to the Raiders receiving corps, and Rogers and Grant provide more offensive line depth.

Porter was one of the best pure athletes in this entire draft class.

Los Angeles Chargers: A-

Day 2 players drafted: WR Tre Harris, DT Jamaree Caldwell.

Breakdown: It’s not surprising that a Jim Harbaugh draft involves the Chargers taking guys with size and strength. The 6-2 Harris provides strength to complement Ladd McConkey.

Caldwell can eventually slide in as a Poona Ford replacement. At 332 pounds, he is a prototypical nose tackle who can draw double teams. But this does feel early for him.

Los Angeles Rams: A-

Day 2 players drafted: TE Terrance Ferguson, Edge rusher Josaiah Stewart.

Breakdown: The Rams took two of my favorite players in this class with their first two picks of the weekend. The second round may have been a bit early for Ferguson, but his speed and ability to turn up field quickly after the catch should help him succeed.

Stewart’s size makes him not a fit for every team. But he has the ferociousness and explosiveness to really create havoc.

Miami Dolphins: C+

Day 2 players drafted: IOL Jonah Savaiinaea.

Breakdown: I liked Miami moving up to add depth to an offensive line that desperately needs help after Terron Armstead retired. Savaiinaea might be a guard in the NFL, but he could kick outside if needed, and he is a good mover.

It’s a solid pick, but it doesn’t move the needle for me to bump this grade up from where it was on Thursday.

Minnesota Vikings: B

Day 2 player drafted: WR Tai Felton.

Breakdown: Felton was the only player the Vikings took on Friday night, as they added speed to their receiving corps. He could potentially fit in well in the slot between Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison.

It was always figuring to be a quiet draft for the Vikings because they only have four picks total, with their last two coming tomorrow.

New England Patriots: A

Day 2 players drafted: RB TreVeyon Henderson, WR Kyle Williams, C Jared Wilson.

Breakdown: I loved New England’s Day 2. I was pretty surprised Henderson went after his teammate Quinshon Judkins, but I think he and Williams both provide some explosive elements to the New England offense. Wilson had a case to be the No. 1 center because of just how well he moves.

New Orleans Saints: C+

Day 2 players drafted: QB Tyler Shough, DT Vernon Broughton, S Jonas Sanker.

Breakdown: Maybe it’s because of my view of Shedeur Sanders, but I’m surprised Shough went well before Sanders, who has still yet to be drafted. As an older prospect, his ceiling is limited. But he does have plenty of fun tools to work with and could start quickly if needed depending on what happens with Derek Carr.

Broughton felt like a pretty big reach early in the third round, but Sanker did add some value later in that round. Those interesting reaches hurt my grade for them here.

New York Giants: A-

Day 2 player drafted: DT Darius Alexander.

Breakdown: After a busy Day 1 with drafting Abdul Carter and Jaxson Dart, the Giants had a quiet Friday night. The only had the 65th pick and used it on Alexander, who has been a riser since the Senior Bowl. An offensive weapon for Jaxson Dart might have been a better way to go, but I won’t argue with the value of Alexander.

New York Jets: A-

Day 2 players drafted: TE Mason Taylor, CB Azareye’h Thomas.

Breakdown: I always talk about how much NFL bloodlines matter, and you don’t get much better with those than Taylor. His father and uncle are both Hall of Famers, and it’s fitting the Jets keep the son of Jason Taylor in New York. Taylor adds good size opposite Sauce Gardner in the secondary, which helps after losing D.J. Reed to free agency.

Philadelphia Eagles: A

Day 2 player drafted: S Andrew Mukuba.

Breakdown: I was a fan of Mukuba throughout the process, so the Eagles understandably maintain their good grade through Day 2. The bulk of their work is coming on Saturday with six picks, five in the next two rounds, so Howie Roseman and company will be very busy adding on to a solid start.

Pittsburgh Steelers: A-

Day 2 player drafted: RB Kaleb Johnson.

Breakdown: To see the Steelers pass on Shedeur Sanders again was shocking. To see them draft an extremely gifted runner in Johnson who draws Le’Veon Bell comparisons is not. He might be an upgrade over what they lost with Najee Harris going elsewhere.

Seattle Seahawks: B+

Day 2 players drafted: S Nick Emmanwori, TE Elijah Arroyo, QB Jalen Milroe.

Breakdown: John Schneider had himself a Day 2, starting with a trade up to get the extremely athletic Emmanwori. It’s worked out well for the Seahawks when they’ve taken big safeties (see Kam Chancellor).

Arroyo adds depth next to Noah Fant at tight end. But the Milroe pick was definitely the kicker.

I thought he could’ve easily gone as early as Day 2, so to get him and his incredibly high ceiling is a nice dart throw by Seattle.

San Francisco 49ers: C

Day 2 players drafted: DT Alfred Collins, LB Nick Martin, CB Upton Stout.

Breakdown: After taking one of my favorite edge rushers in this class in Mykel Williams, each of San Francisco’s three picks on Friday felt like reaches.

Collins adds a lot of size to the 49ers’ defensive tackle group, Martin has very good speed and Stout can fill a slot role. However, all three felt like they could have been had later.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: A

Day 2 players drafted: CBs Benjamin Morrison and Jacob Parrish.

Breakdown: The Buccaneers getting Morrison late in the second round to me was a steal even in spite of his injury history. His play vs. Marvin Harrison Jr. in the 2023 meeting between Ohio State and Notre Dame really raised my interest in him, and he has plenty of good ball production with nine interceptions from 2022 to 2023.

Parrish is lightning fast and did some great work in the slot for Kansas State. Jason Licht is having another good draft.

Tennessee Titans: B+

Day 2 players drafted: Edge rusher Oluwafemi Oladejo, S Kevin Winston Jr.

Breakdown: Oladejo is a player who is just learning the edge rusher position after converting from middle linebacker. While he’s still learning the position, his length and athletic ability give him a chance to continue that transition in the NFL.

Winston could certainly have gone earlier, but he brings size and physicality to Tennessee’s safety group. What hurts this grade for me is that I felt the Titans could have gone with a couple of pieces on offense to support Cam Ward.

Washington Commanders: A-

Day 2 player drafted: CB Trey Amos.

Breakdown: The Commanders had just seven interceptions and 60 pass breakups. Trey Amos had three picks and 16 pass breakups by himself last season at Ole Miss.

His size and ball skills make him a good fit was Washington added a nice piece on defense.
