The Tennessee Titans offense will have a completely new look with Cam Ward now under center following the 2025 NFL draft.

While the first season under Brian Callahan led to a unit that ranked sixth-worst in yards per play (5.0) and total points scored (311), the hope is that the addition of the No. 1 overall pick will help get the Titans back to respectability after a 3-14 season.

When looking at the best-case scenario for every NFL offense, Alex Ballentine of Bleacher Report believes it would involve Ward being better than advertised right away.

Fortunately for the coaching staff and front office, drafting Cam Ward resets the clock for the unit. Brian Callahan and Ward don’t have to drive a one-year turnaround like Jayden Daniels last season, the Titans just need to be a respectable NFL offense.

That would also mean Dan Moore Jr. proves to be a good signing at left tackle, Tyler Lockett has enough in the tank to help the receiver corps, and the run game is rejuvenated.

The Titans spent most of the offseason building around the expected selection of Ward in the draft. They spent $82 million on the aforementioned Moore Jr. to solidify the left tackle position while the addition of Lockett as well as rookie wide receivers Elic Ayomanor and Chimere Dike gives Tennessee some young players to build around.

It would be unrealistic to expect an offense that was 30th in EPA last season to make an incredible jump. But even if the turnover rate decreases and the Titans have a few more sustainable drives, there should be a bit more hope for the future.
